When we opened CrossFit Liminal, the goal was never just to run a gym. It was to build something that actually belongs to Clarkston.
That means different things on different days. It means coaching someone through their first pull-up who has never done anything like this before. It means adjusting a membership because a family is going through a hard stretch. It means showing up to train together on days when nobody feels like it — and leaving better for it.
Community is not a marketing word here. It is the operating system. Every class, every coach, every program is built around the idea that this space belongs to the people who train in it.
